Definition

Company means “MEPLANET+” its successors and assigns or any technician acting on behalf of and with the authority of MEPLANET+.
"Services" means the technical, engineering and associated services relating to the Customer's as set out in the proposal specified in our quotation/orders or other agreed documents or discussions between us.
“MEPLANET+ Work” means all work including (including the supply of materials if customer required) undertaken by the company and includes any advice or recommendations.
“Customer” means the owner, or occupier of the property at which the work/service is to be performed.
“Agreement” means the contract between the MEPLANET+ and the customer for the provision of the Services are incorporated in the quotation or in orderbooked through App/Call Center.
“Materials” means all materials, appliances, and apparatus to be installed or used in the execution of the work.
“Price” means the price of the works as agreed between the company and the customer.

MEPLANET+ is an organization which provides services in commercial, corporative, industrial, and residential sectors.
This agreement will, come into operation on the commencement time & date and will continue until the practical completion time &date has been reached, as quoted in the quotation and/or orderbooked through App/Call Centre which confirmed by company.
Customer shall be obliged to accept the final invoice as per set in the quotation or in order upon the completion of work.
“Customer” means the owner, or occupier of the property at which the work/service is to be performed.
“Agreement” means the contract between the MEPLANET+ and the customer for the provision of the Services are incorporated in the quotation or in orderbooked through App/Call Center.
“Equipment” means the tools and machinery as may be necessary to execute the required work.
“Materials” means all materials, appliances, and apparatus to be installed or used in the execution of the work.
“Price” means the price of the works as agreed between the company and the customer.

MEPLANET+ owned highly qualified,experienced and trainedtechnicians for all types of services.
MEPLANET+ help their customers to resolve their problems/issues by using this platform.
MEPLANET+ designates their well-trained owned technicians to their customer upon receiving the queries through different channels.
Customer can change the details or cancel the order if it has not yet been accepted.
When the task is designated to a MEPLANET+ technician, the details will be shared with the customer through SMS and MEPLANET+’s Website & App.
Our technicians will abide by the needs of customers as specified in the order/quotation between the technician and company.
Customer may give reviews about the service and technician after it has been completed.

Our quotations/prices provide an indication to you of the service on which you may place an order, but no order from you as a result of a quotation (or otherwise) shall be binding upon us unless and until it is accepted or confirmed by us.
A quotation is made on the assumption that the work requested is reasonably capable of being carried out. If on inspection this is found in our opinion not to be the case, we will advise you to this effect as soon as reasonably practicable and may offer you a reconditioned or new substitute on terms to be agreed.
If you give a general instruction for repairs without specifying the particular service or replacement parts, we will be entitled to carry out such repairs or, modifications or service as in our opinion are necessary to put the Customer's equipment in good working order, and to make an appropriate charge for the work and parts provided.
If delivery and performance are postponed at your request or by circumstance within your control you will pay all resulting costs and expenses, we incur.
We will charge for all work carried out at your request, whether exploratory or otherwise and, in particular, we reserve the right to instruct out employees or agents to work overtime to comply with your delivery requirements.

MEPLANET+ provides the services and/or Products / Materials as specified in the orders or quotation.
Perform the Services with skilled workers and care and to the highest standards and in accordance with recognized codes of practice.
Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Always clear and tidy the work area on completion.
Take all reasonable steps to protect furniture, floor coverings and any other valuables when providing the Services.
Company wouldn’t charge anything for the creation of accounts and booking of orders.
Company has the authority to deny any individual from creating/registering an account with Company or terminate an existing account.
Company is not responsible to any customer for assisting or involving itself in disagreement among Company’s customers except to enhance user experience.

By agreeing to these terms & conditions, you will:
Obey this Contract along with its regulations & laws.
Post only authentic information on MEPLANET+’s App & website.
Guarantee that you will remain heedful of all regulations which are applicable to you as a customer.
Agree that any info provided by the company, customer or Technician on MEPLANET+ will not be used for other purposes (whether business or miscellaneous) or on 3rd party websites without the permission of MEPLANET+.
You must not use MEPLANET+ for any indecent, unethical or illegal activity.
You agree that any information posted on MEPLANET+ should not be harmful to MEPLANET+ or any other individual. Damages include, but are not limited to, financial loss that might occur will be suffered by MEPLANET+.
Not cause any unreasonable delays. Any standstill / delay caused by the Customer shall be charged per hour of standstill as per our standard rates.
Provide electricity, water and toilet facilities to MEPLANET+ technician for the purpose of completing the Services / Project.
Ensure that payment of money due in terms of this Agreement is made in accordance with the provisions hereof.
